Terrible customer service! We placed our order at the kiosk, and went to the counter to pay with cash. We stood there for over... 10 minutes without an employee saying a single word. Not even, "I'll be with you in a moment." I finally had to flag a lady downjust to pay. When I explained what happened she just shrugged. Wow. Absolutely awful. Read more
Visited this place yesterday. We ordered through kiosk and for dine-in. They brought our food at our table and we found out they... are missing one item. We asked them and they brought it after 5 minutes. Half way through our dining, we found out they aremissing another two items. Then we went to the counter and asked the staff, why are we keep missing our food from the orders? Hesaid, we have less staff and too many customers! As if it was our fault going to this place. How much does mcdonalds have to pay their employees for them to get an order right?!! We ordered five burgers and they omitted... three of them. Dear Lord, this place sucks.....just goes to show, no standards for your employees, no telling what will, orwon't be in your bag when you order. Better off skipping this joint and eating local.
