I never usually leave a bad review but this place is so so.. dont get me wrong the food was good but for the price I expected... more. I guess you pay for the ambiance and the experience of eating in this iconic place. We ate at Claire's the night beforeand it was awesome. Read more

Amazing food, worth the price. The pork belly appetizer melted like butter, some of the best i've ever had. The service was... attentive and sincere. The salmon entree was perfectly cooked with well balanced flavors. Will definately be returning whenthe opportunity arises. Read more

I am thoroughly impressed with the bartender's knowledge at this whiskey bar. With 1900 whisky options, she picked quite... literally the perfect drink based on my specific ask. I asked for something less sweet than Maker's Mark, less spicy thanYellowstone, and more flavorful than Basil Hayden's. She thought for about 15 seconds, and then pulled out this E.H. Taylorwhich I've never had before. Wow, did every note hit. The sweetness, spiciness, and strength created the perfect trifecta ofwhat I was asking for, and to be honest, I was a quite shocked at how perfect of a pick it was. Had some Willett after to get alittle more spice and it was a good choice. Really impressed by the knowledge, atmosphere, vibe, and service. I honestly havenothing left to say. Drink where Stephen King was inspired to write The Shining. Read more

First the place has major history. I was so very impressed with that. But... omg! It was like we were a nuisance to the... waitresses. We sat there for a good 10-15 mins just to get our menus. Then another 10 waiting to order. Food came out in a goodtime. But then we had to find the waitresses to even pay. We could have easily walked out without paying and been long gone.Plus they were pretty rude. And the food was meh...nothing big. For the price you would think it would have been amazing. Read more

Sadly I only snapped a shot of my desert. This is a fine dining experience. Wine, three courses, and all premium ingredients... with the cost. The chef's genius was worth the price. But you know your wallet better. Flavors blended excellently for each dishand meats were a tender as softened butter. Read more

Really fancy looking restaurant with a huge wine menu, but the food was not worth the price. It was $18 for a french dip and it... was just not flavorful at all! The Spinach & Artichoke dip was pretty bland as well. Their menu was extremely high priced forwhat they had to offer. Make sure you park in the back to enter where the fountain is, it's adorable. I recommend exploringdifferent options near Estes Park! Read more

First timer to Cascades and it was a great experience! The food and cocktails were delicious. We had 3 appetizers and they were... exceptional. Dinner was a great portion and very satisfying. I had the meatloaf and it was so delicious! I appreciate the timeand attention taken to make the craft cocktails. Our server gave his best and was very knowledgeable and professional. Idefinitely felt treated well. Thanks for a great dinner experience! I’ll be back. (Sam visiting from Baltimore Maryland) Read more
