What happened to Kids Cheese Quesadillas??? For years I have eaten at several locations of Tropical Smoothie Cafe in SWFL, and... for about two months now in this location of Estero I have received the kids cheese quesadillas prepared in a horrible way:super Dry, greasy, burned. They have been my favorites because I always ask for them Extra cheese, and they are soft,succulent, you can feel the soft cheese .... but here they are Horrible. Red Sangria tasted amazing, hit or miss with the chicken pesto flatbread. You either get a nicely built flatbread or one that... looks like someone took leftover ingredients and sprinkled them into a flatbread. Read more

Tropical smoothie is always a good idea when you want something refreshing and cool. Not expensive when compared to other fast... food. My daughter and I love the Bahama Mama with Vitamin C and the added multivitamins. Makes it that much better! Read more

I would like to start off by saying that I absolutely love tropical smoothie and I have never had an issue with them in the past... except at this one location which is in Estero next to Lowe?s. It feels like there?s a bunch of kids running it and they don?tcare about the experience of their patrons. I placed an order with them and it was missing three of my four smoothies and everyfood item that I got was wrong. Very disappointed as I had two kids that were excited to have their dinner and it is 7 o?clockand now we are going to have to figure something else out and I was charged almost $70. Not only that but when we went in to atleast get the smoothies that were part of the replacement they gave us smoothies that were full of ice chunks at the bottom andnot completely blended. So sad as I LOVE TS but I will not be ordering from this location again unless these problems areresolved. Read more

I went there and wanted something refreshing but sweet so I got a paradise smoothie added white chocolate with mango. Well the... cashier was the best and the girls who made the smoothie initially obviously didn?t know how to read or make smoothies. So Ipolitely asked the cashier ?Alejandra? to add the white chocolate. She remade it with no hesitation no problem and it tastedexactly how i wanted.
