Terrible service. After using the kiosk, in which the card reader doesn't work and you have to flag down an employee who has an... attitude, we were yelled at impatiently by the same employee to pick up our food. While when is on a video chat with family.She didn't speak to any customers. Just screams out numbers over and over again. This is a possible manager? Kudos for hotfries. Negative for dry chicken sandwich with "light mayo" being a teaspoon. Teenager wanted to eat here or I would havepassed, and from now on I will. Pathetic, rude, nasty service does not deserve hourly rates as advertised outside of up to$21/hr. Read more

Stay at the window until you verified your food and gotten what you paid for.. These people don't know if they are coming or... going. I ordered 2 # 1 combos and got 2 doubles and 2 cheeseburgers. I took the food back inside and was told they couldn't takethe food back or get me the food that I ordered because I already had food! How do you give someone the wrong food and not givethem what they paid for? 2 combos were $25 which is no where close to the low cost of 4 doubles... they did not give me areceipt and said there was a lot of orders in the last 15 minutes to find my receipt... never had an issue with this mcdonalds. just a bunch of old cranky people complaining in the reviews with too much free time... lol. I always come during my lunch and there?s never a line, my food always comes quick and hot. I litterally always get nicepeople when i pay at the window, don?t know what these reviews are on about.
