I?m LITERALLY SO DONE WITH WAISTING MY TIME AND MONEY. Don?t get me wrong I Absolutely love Dunkin but the cashier this morning... Her name was Erica with colored hair that looked very unprofessional, she was not engaging and I had to repeat my order and Iasked her multiple times please can I order fresh Maple snackin bacon, she was quiet and kinda looked a little lost in the sauceif you know what I mean. I know some Dunkin?s don?t do them fresh bc of a liability but the one I always go to does and italways amazing and has gotten great reviews, as I said if you can?t cook them fresh then please warm them up and I even threw$5 ones into the tip jar I then ordered a pumpkin spice signature iceed latte with a extra shot of espresso and 2 pumps ofcarmel then when I go to pick up my order it?s a regular ice Carmel coffee?.. I then tell the guy and he re made my drink butthen he forgot the espresso shot?. Then I told him about the bacon which was rock hard and super cold and just not an enticinglypleasant to want to eat so I asked him to please warm it up, I don?t understand if one customer asks for a specific order whycan we not make the customer happy especially when other Dunkin?s are willing to do it. My grandma left her purse and we both kept calling the store and no one answered. This was around 4:30 and they close at 7. We... both called around 5 times each and no one bothered to pick up. My grandma had to send someone all the way there to pick herpurse up since no one could answer the phone and confirm it was there. Coffe and food we had was great but that is such horriblecustomer service. My second time at this location and both times i got my order before a customer waiting long before me. Great coffee. Especially enjoy the seasonal "Nutty Pumpkin" latte. Flavors of hazelnut mixed with pumpkin. Smooth and flavorful.... Although busy on my last visit the drive thru moved quickly. Friendly staff. Read more
Atrocious service. I realize staffing is tough but 30 minutes in drive thru only to get wrong order. Then go inside and get... wrong order again. They weren?t busy inside at all. They had like 12 school kids on top of each other looking completely lost onwhat to do. No one had any sense of urgency at all. Terrible. Read more
I frequent this Dunkin for my morning coffee only because the McDonald's next door is significantly worse and Starbucks is... overpriced. My major issue is that they never answer the phone, whether you call before the rush, mid-rush or 40 minutes beforethey close. I had an issue with my order that I wanted to inform the store about, but never got the opportunity since theysimply do not answer their phone. Overall the service is generally friendly which is why I gave 2 stars, but my order is wrongpretty often and I'm seriously irritated that not one person can be bothered to pick up the phone. It seems as though the staff are more focused on speed rather than making the things they?re making with care and quality. This... Dunkin is an easy go-to for where I live. I?m sometimes disappointed as I?ve gotten wrong orders more than once. Read more

Went to the drive through for a small ice coffee, took us 20 minutes with 4 people ahead of us. When we got to the window she... took the money and then made the coffee. Shouldn?t the order be ready I mean we waited 20 minutes. I would have left and gone toStarbucks but we were trapped. You need to do better than that! Read more
