Not one to write reviews. I ordered a 12ct of the nuggets which were free a large fry and med sweet tea on the app. I get my... food and they gave me chicken tenders and a medium fry. I went through the drive thru and told the lady taking orders, she hadme park and got me new food I didn't bother looking at the food and they had messed up my order again giving me a medium fry andnot a large. I would highly suggest not going to this location. Fort Myers is way better and never messes up my order. Staff wasvery friendly but some how messed up my order twice, ridiculous! Read more

I would like to say that I am normally very impressed with the service from here. I visited this location today for take out. I... went inside and placed my order for two meals with drinks. I was shocked to see that the cashier that was taking orders andhandling money was making drinks as well. The employee was dealing with cash and then touching the lids of drinks and the insideof the cups! I asked for a new drink and lid but she didn?t even bother to wash her hands. This is really disturbing. Employeesshould be required to wear gloves when making drinks. Read more
Be careful- floors are super slippery at this location! Lots of parking and reasonable traffic flow for drive through. Love... that you can order at the counter here. Food is exactly what you expect. I am impressed by the level of service the employees here give despite how busy it is. I come here a few times a week on my... lunch break from work and one day in the drive thru I ordered my usual chicken tender meal. I got back to work to find half ofmy tenders burnt and inedible. I was very disappointed as that was the only thing I had to eat to keep me going at work. About aweek later I returned and showed the manager the pictures I took of the burnt tenders. She stopped what she was doing,apologized for the mistake, and immediately had her kitchen cook me fresh tenders. I was given the tenders free of charge andthere was no wait whatsoever. I don?t remember her name but the young Hispanic woman who was the manager on duty on December 8that 6pm did everything to make it right and gave me the best service possible. I thank her and the staff for going above andbeyond to correct their mistakes and to get my food very quickly. This is how you run a business and keep customers, I will beback for more tenders for sure! Read more
