Rude staff. Probably the worst pretzel I ever had. Completely burnt, and tasted like it has been sitting out in the sun for... about 2 days. Waste of money. I've had better pretzels come out of my freezer. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and two coworkers got pretzels, as it is nearby for us; all three of us got sick. The... pretzels nuggets were burnt, the place was dirty, and the workers were not clean themselves. The pretzels had a horrid taste asif they were sitting out the whole day. While walking in, there was no welcome in from anyone and the girl rolling the pretzeldough was compacting the trash can and then putting her hands back onto the dough. This is disgusting. What a shame. Wonder howmany more people got sick. Read more
Pretzels bites both cinnamon sugar and regular were fresh and delicious. My daughter and I shared a cherry lemonade which was... tasty and refreshing on a hot Sunday. They were busy but kept the line moving. The owner showed up while I was there and he wasvery generous and family oriented! Far better Auntie Anne's experience than our mall back home in Ohio. Today is the THIRD time in a row now that I?ve tried to order a cinnamon sugar pretzel - or cinnamon sugar pretzel bites - and... NEITHER are available unless I have time to wait 10 - 15 minutes??! This is the new normal now apparently?? Guess I?ll have tolearn to make my own pretzels... Read more
This place is awesome! My son loves the Minnie dog covered bites. Always good service and friendly employees. They have good... deals a great variety too. You can get dessert pretzel or pretzels flavored or covered with toppings. My favorite is thejalapeño and cheese! Mmmm???? they have frozen drinks too. And cold sodas! Fresh lemonade is sweet or tart! Don?t be fooled bythe crappy knockoff down the way in the same plaza, stick with Auntie Anne?s - you can?t go wrong! They also have samples, yetthey go quick! It is a small store but they are always moving fast to be sure all the customers are served in a timely manner! Read more
Arrived at 6:45pm and they were out of pretzels (they close at 7pm). Terrible service.
