I'll preface this by saying that Auntie Anne's is my all-time favorite restaurant, and I've never had a negative experience... until now. Stopped here for a pretzel while I was waiting on my phone to be repaired at Apple. Just wanted a regular basicsalted pretzel. They didn't have any pretzels. Told it would be about 20 minutes before they were finished. What kind of pretzelshop doesn't have pretzels? That's like going into a Starbucks or Dunkin and them being out of coffee. Read more

Great Blue Raspberry lemonade slush! It was a hot day at Coconut Point and that drink hit the spot. My friend was taking a class... at the Apple store- which has the noise level of a rock concert! I had to get out of there. Auntie Anne's was outside withtables and umbrellas and it was a delightful place to sit and enjoy my lemonade. The ladies working there were friendly andpolite which added to the pleasant atmosphere around Auntie Anne's. Read more

We ordered 3 different items - we were advised it would be a 10 minute wait for one of the items. I said that was fine. When we... got the food, my pretzel bites were ice cold - not luke warm, but cold. They felt like they came directly from a cooler. The hotdog bites were so greasy and buttery they were inedible, though they were at least hot. i guess it was my mistake for notthinking a hot dog required a pound of butter, but the cold food is unacceptable. Perhaps just my experience, but it was myfirst time there so I can?t imagine any reason for going back. Read more

The food is good but the service is not, cashier is very bad at multitasking. I ordered and was told a ten minute wait, after... ten minutes I got up by the window so cashier could see me, but refused to acknowledge me, so I got in line behind 5 people andby the time I got to the window it?s now 22minutes into this whole transaction, only for her to pull my order out from the heatlamp that?s been sitting there since the first of those five people ordered... as someone who works in customer/food serviceit?s things like this that really discourage me from eating out. Like I said great pretzels, service needs some attention. Read more

Although the gentleman was polite it was disappointing that they only had large cinnamon nuggets. The 2 sets of individuals... in-front of me wanted the smaller size they only had the large. Common sense would be break the larger ones down to smaller andthey could have double if the quantity. Needless to say I didn?t order anything. Read more

I was waiting at the front of the store waiting for the front window to open when the girl at the register looked at me and... continued counting the register money. Instead of telling me they were closed (after I didn?t see any closed signs anywhere )they continued to Ignore me and did not say anything. A male finally walked out of the store with a broom and I asked if he wasclosed. He gave me attitude and said yeah we have been closed since 6:00. I said, a sign on the door or someone telling me theywere closed after acknowledging me would have been nice to know instead of standing there waiting for service. The male workinginstead of apologizing for not saying anything insisted on arguing with me. Just tell me you?re closed and I would have walkedaway. Again, no signs were posted on closing and I was starred at when I was at the window waiting to order. I would havepolitely walked away. This is extremely frustrating and I plan on never visiting another auntie Anne?s pretzel store again. Read more

There arent many options....and I'm not a big soft pretzel fan. They should have some alternative sides on the menu. Maybe... things without donuts. Like just chicken strips? Fries? Something that isnt over $10 that consists of a few bites? With all therestaurants in coconut point to choose from, I would want a full menu so people who dint like soft pretzels, dont walk right by.
