I promised to remember our amazing and thoughtful server's name but I have forgotten so I hope she's easily found to be given a... compliment. She was our primary server when the SMA group was visiting Esterhazy a couple weeks ago and we had rented the topfloor. Despite us having to leave and come back, she, and the team, were easy going and really treated us well! The food wasdelicious, especially after a very long day, and the beer was frosty. The service was great! Had the 4 piece chicken snack and it was absolutely YUM!!! The price is very good too!
The past several times we have visited this restaurant we have had horrendous service bit after today I can't see us coming back... any time soon. After waiting ten minutes for menus and for our drinks to be taken we were made to wait another 45 minutes forsomeone to come and take our order for food while the other tables around us had their orders taken (while also after waiting aconsiderable amount of time) before us, when we had arrived in the restaurant first. If this was a one off experience it wouldbe one thing, but it seems every time we come the service only gets worse and worse. This was once a favorite place for me andmy partner to come, but unfortunately the service here has completely changed and left us both disappointed and hu gry. It seemsthe staff here has no ability to manage large groups of people coming in and don't seem to care how long someone must wait, Theonly thing that matters seems to be behind the bar as most the time there is 2 or 3 staff members behind it. We cake here and there were already customers complaining that there food was cold and raw! We still tried it out to see if we... got better results and that wasn't the case! Good food and service. There are always specials and the price is reasonable. This is by far the best place to eat in town.
I don't understand what the rave is about the food here, I didn't find it very good especially for what they charge for a 6oz... new York striploin, BbQ mushroom to be exact, it was Diana's chicken and rib sauce in zag pattern across some poorly seasonedmushrooms and a steak that you swear was pulverized before it was cooked. The ceaser salad was possibly the best part of themeal. The gravy out of a bag..... For a place that does as much business as it does you'd think the chef would put some soul inhis food..... As an experienced chef and a father of a large family I wouldn't say that this is worth your time.... The frozencabbage rolls across the road at the gas station were better. Read more

Service is unacceptably slow. Over an hour to receive a meal or drink refill. East Indian waitress is friendly but has horrible... body odour and doesn?t check on your table often enough. I?ve even seen her visiting with other staff leaning against the wallwhen we have not had a refill of drinks in over 45 min.
