Hostess was rude. I have hearing issues and she rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to repeat herself and she said it would... be a half hour to 45 minute wait when it was just myself stopping for some food. Asked if I could at the least sit at the barand she said "I guess but you're still going to have to wait 30-45 minutes for food. Will update more once I get food. Bartenderwas great though. Read more
I've always liked the food at Chili's. Unfortunately as is the sign of the times I believe staffing is still a serious issue for... this restaurant. Be prepared to wait extensively. I recommend going at non peak hours avoiding the lunch or dinner rush Read more

I placed my order at 4:30 to be picked up at 5:10 and didn?t receive my order until 5:30. I arrived I noticed there was... customers that we?re parked outside. Due to multiple call attempts that were not answered I decided to go inside were I was notgreeted or helped I also notice there were people waiting inside for online orders. A lady called and informed me that my orderwas ready and to meet her at the pick up station. My food quality was terrible I couldn?t even eat the burger it tasted likecharcoal and was completely burned. I know I asked for a well done burger but that was extra well done. I also didn?t receive mydrink. I finally was able to reach a gentleman at 9:30 and asked for a refund. I understand there is a staffing shortage.There should be a way if they can?t handle the amount of orders coming through they should temporarily turn off online ordersand inform customers. Read more
Very busy on a Saturday evening and the food and service were on point for the situation. It was very very busy and wht struck... me was the attention provided by all. We were attended to very well by all. Someone was always bringing us chips and salsa ordrink refills. The food took a bit to come out but was very good when it arrived. A for effort/ teamwork. The food was pretty salty, but I guess that?s part of what makes this food kind of addictive. Overall it all was tasty, the... atmoshphere was lively and the servers were kind, albeit not as free as it?d be ideal. I think there were not enough servers forthe amount of patrons when I was there so that made it that they were always in a bit of a rush and hardly ever checked in withthe table.
