10/8/22, spent 40 mins waiting for food to be ready, after I ordered online 25mins prior to showing up. All because the dude... with dreads can?t read names and doesn?t have the confidence to ask how to ask peoples names are spelled. Crazy. Manager is acomplete joke walking back there with her phone on hand, her hat low to her eyebrows where she can?t even see until she looks upat the sky, she doesn?t even know what?s going on back there. Crazy. Only one putting in work was the bagger girl, she wastrying to get everyone?s order bagged up as her other two coworkers and manager just walked back and forth like ?wtf am I doingagain back here?. Service is really really slow. I'll be standing at the counter ready to order for about 5 minutes before being asked if someone... can help me. The manager was yelling at his employee who was mopping up a spill to take my order instead of himself doing it,while he was doing nothing. Very rude to the employees. Read more
I?ve never had a problem until this time, my cousin had ordered a chicken sandwich and as soon as she bit into it, it was raw. I... politely told one of the workers and they did give me a new one but our appetite kinda went away after seeing that. Read more
The guy looked at us nervously saying any orders will take at least 90 minutes and that he couldn?t place our order because the... computer had recently changed. I asked what to do and he nervously mumbled something. I asked if i could order on the websitebut still looked at me funny and we ended up leaving. The wing stop in Poway was same thing. 1 hour 15 min wait yet a ghosttown. Do these places seriously not want our business or what? Read more
I have been to this wing stop before and I was absolutely shocked at how greasy and unclean it was. I gave it 1 more try today... and it was spotless! Thank you. My son loves your chicken. Read more
Honestly a health hazard to eat there. Many times I?ve went there it smelled terrible inside, extremely long waits, and my order... is wrong half the time. More recently my ranch came in a strange cup not in the usual clear cup and had a foul stench and wasthick and a clumped consistency. Please fix this place up it needs a health check and new management. Puts wingstop wings toshame. Read more
Customer service here is horrible, I'll be in the front and it'll take a good 5 minutes to be greeted or asked if I need any... sort of help. Also they're SO slow, it's like a group of sloths working here. Order says 18-25 min but more like 30-45.
