10/8/22, spent 40 mins waiting for food to be ready, after I ordered online 25mins prior to showing up. All because the dude... with dreads can?t read names and doesn?t have the confidence to ask how to ask peoples names are spelled. Crazy. Manager is acomplete joke walking back there with her phone on hand, her hat low to her eyebrows where she can?t even see until she looks upat the sky, she doesn?t even know what?s going on back there. Only one putting in work was the bagger girl, she wastrying to get everyone?s order bagged up as her other two coworkers and manager just walked back and forth like ?wtf am I doingagain back here?. Service is really really slow. I'll be standing at the counter ready to order for about 5 minutes before being asked if someone... can help me. The manager was yelling at his employee who was mopping up a spill to take my order instead of himself doing it,while he was doing nothing. Very rude to the employees. Read more
