Wow, wow, wow! My wife and I love this location! And our server Liz, she was just the nicest person! She took such great care of... us and all of our food requests! Very disappointed! We waited over an hour for food to show up, only to hear that three of eight orders were not ready and had to... be restarted. Other tables seemed to move quickly while we were left with a strange mix of hot plates with cold dry food --clumps of cold mashed potatoes, a dark brown "medium rare" chunk of leather soaked in sauce (and several minutes of headlampglow), and tacos that had somehow had the white sauce completely dry to a paint. Cheesecake Factory has a new cheesecake on the menu...Classic Basque Cheesecake. Absolutely fabulous. To me it's the Creme Brule... of cheesecake. The new menu item describes it as a uniquely burnt top and then topped with berries. Before I even tried it Ipictured cheesecake with a creme Brule top on it. It is like the cheesecake has been bruleed on top. A picture is worth a 1000words. I also ordered Chicken Marsala and Chinese Chicken Salad. Unfortunately they left the slivered almonds off my salad. Theydid however remember to give me a side of Marsala sauce. If ordering the Chicken Marsala to go, ask for a side of Marsala sauce.The sauce seems to get absorbed by the chicken and farfalle when ordered to go. This location has good food. To go orders aretypically fresh and hot. Fresh warm bread is always in the bag. I rarely deviate from tiramisu cake (not the cheesecake) whenordering dessert. Just finished lunch with my wife and ordered of the Skinnyliscious menu. All items under 690 calories. Had the chicken fish... tacos and my wife had the fried chicken. Both were absolutely excellent. Service was very good. As a former restaurant guy,the facility was clean and well maintained. The bathrooms, with the exception of the overflowing trash can, we're also superclean. Convenient and lots of parking, The Cheesecake factory is a real treat. We'll be back! Read more

Classy place for a meal. Emphasis is on cheese and pastry items. Surprising that they were not able to serve crab, reason we... were told was that there was no supply. Lots of oldies around with their grandchildren. Plenty of noise and a Happyatmosphere. Staff were helpful and friendly. Advance booking is required. Read more

The Cheesecake Factory accepts reservations and your visit will be better if you make one. The staff does a great job under the... circumstances, but if you make a reservation and accept that the food will be a little slow, you will enjoy your visit. The menuhas more options than any restaurant I know and everyone in your party will find something they like. Read more

Customer service is wonderful. Staff is very knowledgeable on whats good. Unfortunately, most of the itens we would like to... order was not available. We still had delicious alternate meal we enjoyed. Crab dip and sweet corn cake were delicious for ourappetizers. I had the Thai chicken salad and husband had the beef tips with salmon and mashed potato. Then for dessert Mangolime cheesecake I didnt share with anybody because it was that good.
