Cute little shop, with very nice staff! Loved the sandwich I got. My wife had a crustless quiche that was also great! Good... gluten free options! Read more

Easily some of the best food in San Diego. I drive 40 minutes (each way) on a regular basis to eat here. Their fresh squeezed... Strawberry Lemonade is to live for. Their sandwiches are delicious beyond reason. Their soups have exquisite, elegant depthwhile still feeling like everything that makes you think of "Hearth and Home". I always feel SO GOOD after eating there! Thefood is fresh and light and gives you energy. You can absolutely feel the love in each bite. I cannot recommend this placehighly enough. It's fantastic. ???? Read more

Went in this morning to try the world famous breakfast pannini. We shared a full The Works on sourdough; quality ingredients,... assembled well. A little bland for my tastes and I could not even taste the cheeses. Our sister had the Pepper-Jack and greenchili Quiche and was very happy. And the flavored Lemonades were great. Read more

My husband & I stopped here to grab breakfast. I had been here once a few months back and thought it was a great place to split... breakfast since it was late in the morning. They have sandwiches (panini) and quiches. We split The Works. It hit the spot. Youeven get a bit of fruit on the side. Great taste and texture. Worth stopping in. The staff wears masks and there is outdoorseating in front and the back. They even cater too. Read more

Lovely little shop that feels like you're at home as soon as you walk in. Staff were bright, welcoming and customer friendly.... The aromas of toasting bread and brewing coffee filled the air. Owners are nice and accommodating. They gave us free cookiesbecause there was an issue with our order (we had no idea, we were busy admiring all the decor and merch). Hubby had The Workspanini, and I had the Wake Up Esco. They were beyond good and surprisingly big, but not heavy or greasy. The wake up had somespice to the chicken but was balanced with the pickle and cheese. They make fresh lemonade using real "fresh squeezed" lemons.Yes, please. I ordered the strawberry lemonade and was it ever refreshing. I'm a fan and would recommend this place everyday. Read more
