Went in today to redeem my bday Starbucks and to purchase a food item at this location, Barista took 2 orders ahead of me. As I... waited, there was no acknowledgement or ?I?ll be right with you.? as she made drinks. I?m not the one to write bad reviews but Iwaited at least 10 or more minutes just standing there right in front of the register. I felt awkward just silently waitingthere... it just took too long with 1 employee at this location, there should be 2 on staff during peak hours. I left andcurrently driving to a different location today as it was also during my work break, just ate up a lot of my time going intothis store. Really slow and when I mean really slow it took over 15 minutes for them to make 2 customers drinks and then when it came time... for mine which is just black ice coffee somehow it took 10 minutes. So it's definitely a much longer wait time compared toother locations.
