Last Sunday my daughter had an all day competition for dance. We hadn't eaten or had anything to drink. So I walked over from... the arts center to get her something from Starbucks to make her happy and give her some kind of nourishment. Unfortunately, theshop was closed do to not enough staff. But the drive thru was open. So I did what a desparate parent would do..I asked the carsthat were in line of they minded I walked in line to get my daughter something to drink and eat. They were more than happy tohelp. I patiently waited for 20 minutes in the hot sun for my turn. Then as soon as I walked up to the speaker to order, the twostaff members told me they are refusing me service and to get out of the line. I explained my situation and all they did wastell me it was crazy and a liability and refused me service. To please leave. I was appalled!! Even the cars in line were upsetfor me and offered to buy my order. I would never give my business to them. I know we will be at the art center many more times,but I will never go nor recommend any business to this location. There was no reason for them to treat me like I was a freak formaking do with the situation since they weren't capable for being open. What a shame Read more

Horrible service! We literally stood at the order station for 6 minutes, no one of their 8 employees acknowledged us. Our order... was taken my husband did get his Grande Pike immediately, then we waited 11 minutes for my Grande Dirty Soy Chai Tea Latte. Oneperson asked me do you have a mobile order? I said no, then started to say I have an in-store order, he said I didn?t ask youthat. They were standing around taking and laugh, it was so rude. They (8 employees) were only focused mobile orders and thedrive thru, they could care less about the patrons in the store. They definitely had enough staff to divide and conquer. Read more

The last time I came here the drive though literally took a full 30 minutes...I wished I could have exited it... now I came... tonight to give it another try and the drive-through was already closed at 8PM on a Friday night. Bummed. Read more
