Every time i come i am missing something or waiting 30 min for food and they ask for my receipt multiple times! I can?t wait for... valley center to open McDonald?s. If it wasn?t for my kids I?d never order McDonald?s again but definitely will drive the extra5 miles or whatever before coming to this one again and they are so rude questioning after messing up the order and showing whati paired for multiple times Read more
Friday October 28 Arrived at drive thru to place an order. Cashier asked us to wait a few seconds. 5 minutes and 2 cars ordered... before us until I told her that we have been waiting for a while. She asked to place the order at the window which we did. Thenwe waited 15 mintues for them to bring our order to our car. The person, who was wearing a manager uniform, apologized for thewait and gave us our order. The order they gave us was wrong. We had to go inside to let them know they had given us the wrongorder. They didn't want to open the door and kept saying they were closed. We had to scream that our order was wrong for them toopen the door. This is not the first time this happens. I try to be understanding that some places are understaffed but they hadenough employees that even some of them were just walking around doing nothing. Read more

I love this McDonalds and adore their staff and employees. They are king and helpful and make me feel welcomed most every time.... Orders get made wrong on quite a few occasions as they are short staffed like everyone else due to covid. But that's nothingthat they don't fix asap. Read more
I went to order a happy meal and a slushy on the side they took 15 min to get me my happy meal I get it could be busy or you run... out on fies but it shouldn't take 15. The slushy was more like just the syrup there was not much ice. The people in the frontlooked like they were new and they didn't have a crew trainer to help them. Read more

Ordered a cheeseburger and asked for lettuce and tomato. Just received the cheese burger NO LETTUCE AND NO Tomato. Only... onions and pickles. Told cashier 3 times I wanted lettuce and tomato. Didn't seem too difficult yet he still got it wrong. Read more
