Waited in the drive through to get breakfast, and was told they only accept cash because the card reader didn't work. Then i was... stuck and had to wait at least 15 minutes to get out. I went inside and the line was super long. I just left. I will never go tothat Jack in the box again! Read more
They get my order wrong every time! I live within a mile of this JitB, but I stopped going years ago (before pandemic) because... they would consistently get my orders wrong. The first time I experienced a wrong order I did the survey on the receipt. Someonereached out, apologized and sent some coupons for freebies. On the same visit I used my freebies they got my order wrong again.I emailed the same person who had contacted me to tell them about my second bad experience. I explicitly told them I don't wantany more freebies, but that changes need to be made. They never contacted me back and I felt like I was being ignored. Fastforward 4 years to today. My 4yr old daughter chose JitB over Wendy's so we decided to go for it. They gave us regular frenchfries instead of curly fries. When I told the lady, she said "No. You ordered regular fries, it's right there on the receipt". Iresponded: "I can see that, but that's not what I ordered". She was visibly annoyed, but she did bring me out 1 order of curlyfries (even though I asked for 2). When I got home I came to the horrible realization that I was missing 2 tacos AND a jr. baconcheeseburger. It's not even worth the effort to go back and ask for it to be fixed. The food was good. I would have given 5 stars only if all the fast food restaurants serve you exactly as shown in the menu... pictures. I dine occasionally at the random fast food but that was my experience. I like good veggies along with the ham burgersor any other non-veg burgers. Read more
This use to be one of the better restaurants. Today I received a bun hard and stale on a chicken sandwich. The person KNEW it... was hard and stale. I won't ever be returning. Read more
What can I say... It is fast food and can't really expect much from it. Employees couldn't get my order right and food was put... together very sloppy. Spent over 10 bucks on this meal to be dissatisfied. Read more
I'm not the biggest Jack fan anymore, but the times that i've had it from this location has been great. Besides the food I... really appreciate the customer service from the staff here, both times i've used the drive through the overnight staff have beenreally great.
