They are a pain in the a** to order from either on the phone or in person. I love the food, but everything else is absolute... trash. I'd say, out of the last 8/10 orders were either wrong or simply not even made/forgotten about entirelyI including when Iate in person. It's just a lack of care tbh, theres no other explanation to it. I worked in industry many years & because so, Imalways extremely understanding and polite, even when they have screw it up each time...but at some point, I have to warneveryone else what theyre getting into going here. Review is for food only. Customer service is normal. They completely changed the extra hot sauce. It's not the same and its not... even tasty. It's mostly salty. I found myself scraping the sauce off to make it edible. The breadsticks were also not as good.Last time I had food here it was wings n things, so I am guessing things changed. Read more
The manager should be fired. Today is 05/26/22 There are 3 people working and they rolled out an online bogo. It's been 40 min... since we ordered and no food.they are out of bread, veggies, ranch dressing etc. The place is super busy. The workers are verypleasant but they are overwhelmed. If you are going to under staff and make the these guys do twice the work you better doubletheir pay!! 45 minutes, we just received our food. Contacting corporate about this pathetic manager. Tasty. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Liked how open the layout nwas and large opening to outside.
Got the medium Buffalo and epic hot. The sauces were fairly good and the bread was as well. Place was huge plenty of places to... sit inside and outside. However a little bit over priced for being mediocre. Read more
Terrible ???? no garlic in one of them like asked, dry and too expensive. Might need to take a break from this place
We ordered three types of boneless "wings" (nuggets essentially): Garlic Parmesan, Lemon Pepper, and Sweet Chili. It took 40... minutes to fill this order, and each of them came DRENCHED in Buffalo sauce, like it's some universal gravy, and it ruinedeverything. It was supposed to be a birthday meal for my friend and her two daughters, but it was inedible. We couldn't find thereceipt, but we had to throw out the food. Hope they figure out what their problem is and fix it, but we won't ever go back. Wetried ordering from the website by phone, but the display in the middle of the page went blank after we clicked Order Online,and then we couldn't select anything. We tried calling in an order 5 times and got a busy signal each time, so my husband wentto order in person. He said the girl taking his order kept shouting questions at him that were repetitive and didn't always makesense. Read more
