They are a pain in the a** to order from either on the phone or in person. I love the food, but everything else is absolute... trash. I'd say, out of the last 8/10 orders were either wrong or simply not even made/forgotten about entirelyI including when Iate in person. It's just a lack of care tbh, theres no other explanation to it. I worked in industry many years & because so, Imalways extremely understanding and polite, even when they have screw it up each time...but at some point, I have to warneveryone else what theyre getting into going here. Review is for food only. Customer service is normal. They completely changed the extra hot sauce. It's not the same and its not... even tasty. It's mostly salty. I found myself scraping the sauce off to make it edible. The breadsticks were also not as good.Last time I had food here it was wings n things, so I am guessing things changed. Read more
The manager should be fired. Today is 05/26/22 There are 3 people working and they rolled out an online bogo. It's been 40 min... since we ordered and no food.they are out of bread, veggies, ranch dressing etc. The place is super busy. The workers are verypleasant but they are overwhelmed. If you are going to under staff and make the these guys do twice the work you better doubletheir pay!! 45 minutes, we just received our food. Contacting corporate about this pathetic manager.
