Took 20 minutes to order a simple pepperoni pizza, for them to turn around and cancel the order without calling and telling us... it was cancelled. Absolute awful customer service, choose literally any other pizza place in gods green earth other than thisone. I will always remember this as the day, that Pizza Hut can not be out pizza?ed. Arrived to pick up pizzas that I had ordered that they said were ready. I arrived as they were boxing up my order and they... grabbed my breadsticks and put it on someone else's order so they can push out their delivery. I waited 20 extra minutes whilethey continued to repeat my twists were in the oven. They werent. Read more

How has this location not been shut down. All 3/3 of my items WE NOT cooked through and cold when they arrived. I asked for the... pizza & wings(wings to be through the oven twice) well done and they are not even cooked completely? This is disgusting and ahealth hazard. They said delivery time was 20 minutes so they were not busy. How does anyone let this food be sent out?!
