Basically, we will not be going back here ever again. I don?t typically leave negative reviews, but dang. This place is not to... be recommended. Took our family and expected NORMAL and CLEAN service, nope. The ice cream was fine, VERY melted though and thelady there was leaning all up into the freezers full of ice cream. Like, elbows in and everything. On top of that, the bathroomswere absolutely disgusting too, I just wanted to wash my toddlers hands but I genuinely gagged upon going in. Apparently therewere 2 people working there and they both hid in the back until we left. It was weird. This place needs a deep cleaning andsome new employees or some training. The ice cream flavors are great. The owners are very clean always hands on and very friendly. They have variety of apple candies... from Rock Mountain but they prepare them in store so they are very fresh. Strongly recommended???????????? Read more
This review goes out to the young gentlemen who worked labor day night and single handedly served 15 or so people while his... female coworker hid in the back watching us. This male worker was outstanding, because throughout the rush he kept his cool andwas extremely respectful. Read more
God awful service. Staff doesn?t acknowledge your presence. Ice cream was melted by the time they gave it to me but honestly it... looked melted already to begin with. Also I think their AC is broken. 0/10 Read more
I always hate getting to places before they close but we went 10 min before they closed ready to give a good tip for some late... night ice cream and the worker told us they were already closed I laughed thinking he was joking but he was dead serious won?tbe coming here anymore plus if you close early lock the door! The store was dirty and the counter by the register was filthy. The person working there did not come out right away we had to... wait. She just barely shuffled around and came out to unlock the case for us to purchase something. We also ordered a gottahave it. I was so grossed out I threw the ice cream out! Visited this location Sunday night with my daughter. Waited for 10 minutes to be acknowledge by the girls working that night. ... Finally one of them asked us for our order. Anyway 3 out of 4 ice creams we got were poorly mixed and not exactly the rightportion, too low in the containers and melted by the time she was done with our order. Very disappointed with the customerservice and quality of our ice cream. Read more
