I was craving a really big carl combo so around 9:45pm I went there just to find out they had a cone blocking the drive thru and... they said we are closed. I removed the cone and proceeded to speaker box they took my order but while waiting for my food in mycar a employee walked up to me and said we are closed that's why I put the cone there. Carl's Jr is "dependably adequate." Nothing special, certainly not the cheapest, but still good. When you want a burger that's... better than McDonald's or Burger King, but far inferior to In-n-Out, Carl's has you covered. The Western Bacon cheeseburger istimeless, and their new sourdough burger looks really tasty. Read more
Accessibility: they have a drive thru and handicap parking. Experience: I love Carl's Jr! I never ate here until they started... making the Beyond Famous Star burger (vegetarian), and now I go regularly! This burger is the BEST veterinarian burger I thinkI've ever had, and you can get it through the drive-through. Service here is always pretty quick, the employees are always nice,and the food always tastes great. My food today was HOT and tasted like they just made it. The difference between thisvegetarian burger compared to other vege burgers from other fast food places is that they use BIG, GOOD lettuce in the BeyondFamous Star burger, the buns are thick and taste good, the sauce is better than how other fast food companies make their sauce,and they have tomato and onion (which of course you can take off anything you don't want). Having missed dinner due to one of my flights being delayed, I was HUNGRY! It?s been quite a few years since I have been able... to have Carl?s Jr. since we do not have Carl?s Jr. where I live. So, after going online and finding a couple that were open, mymom and I proceeded to 2 that said they were open online, but when we got there, they were closed. So we went to one more (thisone) in hopes of them being open. When we pulled up, the young lady let us know that they were closed. When we explained ourdilemma she asked if they could go ahead and make our order. After getting the ok, our food was made quickly and the customerservice was exceptional! That meal hit the spot! The Big Carl combo I ordered was fine. But the fact that the cashier lied to me when I asked if she had applied a senior... discount didn't help my burger go down very well. When I called her on it, only then did she confess that they no longer gavesenior discounts with their combo meals. It would have been much better to be honest up front. Read more
The food was made fresh! It was still, of course, typical Carl's Jr. food. There was no kid's meal options on the drive-thru... menu and no value food on the menu like cheap burgers. Read more
