We went through the drive through and waited 35 minutes for 3 things only to get cold food. We asked to speak to a manager only... to be told that we couldn?t. Worst fast food drive through ever. Read more
The fries are not hot and crispy....more like cold and floppy. Certainly not preferred "almost" 2-1 over McDonald's.
They get the orders wrong every single time!!! It doesn't matter if you order one item or 10, it's always incorrect. I have to... check my bag every single time I leave. Oh and they can't count. 8pc jalapeños and they only give you 5. And 5 is not even onthe menu it's either 3 or 8.. Will not return here ever again. Read more
Wanted to see if anyone else suffered from food poisoning after eating here. I purchased two gyros sandwiches Wed the 13th...... ate one and for the next 2 days suffered some of the worst projectile vomiting and explosive spraying out the other end. I onlyhad a banana for breakfast so I'm pretty sure it was the Arby's. In fact I have the other sandwich in my fridge and wonderingif I should send it in somewhere for testing. Want to see if anyone else suffered the same fate. I really like Arby's but Idoubt I'll try one again for some time. My water bill will be going up the amount of times I've had to visit and flush thetoilet. Read more
I have been to this Arby's about 6 times since moving to this location. On two occasions at the Drive Thru and once going... inside I have had food missing from my order and had to return. Now I check before I leave the area. The food quality is good,but the shortest wait time I have had is 15 minutes. It is usually more like 20 to 30 minutes. Not a bad place, just check yourorder and be prepared to wait. Read more
