It took them 20 minutes when I was in the drive through and no one was in line which would normally be quick but I was wrong.... This has been happening more and more with this Burger King and I'm sad to see it at this state when it was one of my favoritefast foods here in Escalon. When I went there a few days ago they were out of most of the things you'd expect from Burger Kingsuch as katchup, salt on the fries, and chicken nuggets. Seriously this Burger King needs to get it's act together. Read more

The Escalon restaurant has by far the worst customer service ever. It?s irritating that they would notice you standing there and... not even acknowledge you at all. I asked to use the restroom and one lady said just push the door it should be open. When I saidit is locked she ignored me an walked the other direction. Oh and I watched 2 other customers walk out because of the samebull$&@$. Read more

Lathrop site is worth driving from n.stockton..the employees are ALWAYS polite with smiles and the restaurant always clean

I stop by here a lot in the mornings and the staff is always super nice! This is one of the better BK locations. Even if the... drive thru is slammed the workers maintain a steady work pace and friendly attitude! Don't have any food pics to share becauseI'm always commuting when stopping through and too tired to remember. Read more

They should do something to make drive thru faster and find people who follow instructions better. Ive gone there 3 times in the... last week or 2 and every order was wrong! Maybe thats why drive thru takes so long cuz they?re busy fixing orders Read more

Alright, So I have been going to this place since I was a kid. I didn't think it was possible but it has gotten worse over the... years. I consistently get wrong orders or things just missing from my orders. its at the point where this is the third time thisyear(2018) that I have gone here and for the third time it has not been a good experience. Not only was the person working thedrive through rude and just trying to rush us but they where telling us to move up before we where even finished ordering. ourburgers where kinda cold but surprisingly they managed to put them together correctly. We got a few orders of the 10 piecenuggets and when we got our food at the drive through they handed us our food and drinks and closed the window starting to helpthe next guest on top of that the lids on the drinks where not even on right and one of them spilled. We waited for them to openthe window again and asked for our sauce and instead of asking what kinds they just started handing us handfuls of ranch. I tookthe mybkexperience survey but the receipt was printed so poorly that I could hardly make out what I ordered or the survey code.I do not suggesting going here, they offer poor customer service and the food is not worth the hassle of either not gettingeverything or it just being plain wrong. If you have a food allergy I would defiantly suggest not going here because they willmost likely throw whatever you are allergic to on without thinking or checking twice! Read more

Easy to notice from traffic, quick friendly service, cooked at time of order.
