I love my Erwin Dunkin! The people are what make this location the best and I cannot wait for Apple Festival this upcoming... weekend. I love love love my local Dunkin! Erwin has the best crew of people who really care and make you feel like family. They actually... came together to send flowers and a card when I was in the hospital early September. Drinks are always so good and food isgreat! Love their pesto grilled cheese and their bacon croissant sandwiches (add chicken for extra protein). Read more

The staff at this location are hands-down the sweetest and most courteous people you will come across! Every time I pull up to... the box to order I get an enthusiastic and quick response, and every item I?ve ever received has been prepared perfectly andcarefully. My ice coffees I get with flavoring are always perfectly mixed where at other places I have to shake and stir it as Idrive off to get it to mix in at all. There is one lady, who I?ll have to get her name next time?she is one of the few thatisn?t a teenager, who always makes sure I have napkins and always has such a bright smile and when she says ?have a good day?really seems to mean it. I'm not from here.. I just moved to this area. That being said where I'm from dunkin can be hit or miss. You may go 4 times and... get a SOFT fresh donut one. I was always disappointed. But I have gone 3 times, different days of the week, different time ofday and the fricken donut is sooooooo SOFT every time! So what ever ya'll are doing just keep on keepin on! Read more
Went and gave out free coffee coupons for Christmas. Dunkin employees were very nice. I'm really hoping business picks up here... in Erwin so this store can stay. Only thing I wish is that it had a lounge area with comfy chairs like some of the other storeshave. Merry Christmas. Read more
