Sat down inside the dining area last night. It's so cute decorated. It was freezing inside, my kids and I couldn't finish our... whole meal because it was so cold. We ordered chicken sandwiches and strips. Fries were cooked well and chicken was delicious.Everything was very clean and the workers were super friendly. We had to stop for a quick snack. We got basket of fries, toast basket, mushrooms, and cheese balls. Good customer service... however it got very crowded due to it being a tight space there. Very hard to get in and out when busy. Read more

This location is efficient and fast but not always friendly. They have an employee that take orders with a tablet outside if... it's a rush or peak hours. I will mention that the distribution of sauce for their wings is a hit or miss. You either ask forextra sauce an your boneless wings are swimming in it or you don't hoping they give you a normal amount and just a few aredrizzled. Before I begin this review, I want to be clear about something: I LOVE ZAXBY'S! I eat at one whenever I get the chance because... their chicken is amazing! All of my past experiences with eating Zaxby's chicken tenders was they had an outward golden brownappearance with an inward juicy steamy appearance and a melt in your mouth consistency. Now my review: My wife picked up afamily chicken tenders plate in the drive thru at the Erwin location to bring home to the family for dinner. Most of the tenderswere overcooked and chewy while others tasted like they had been cooked the night before and reheated in the microwave. Therewas also WAY too much salt on the food.
