Beware of this location (cheating on check) We had dine-in last night ordered 3 items ( menu price 10.25 + 10.25 + 3.5$ =... 24.50$ ) but we are charged 34.50$ by waitress jessie which is a total rip off.. they don't give any itemized receipt orexplanation.. been to many branches before but this one clearly unfair, no honesty. Tried to get take out but they put up a written sign saying they were closed while people were inside. The young woman said they... were out of everything and only two people were working. I've worked for waffle house before and I know how they are. Igenuinely do not know how they're still in business when every waffle house is like this and oas next to nothing. Read more

We came around 1 am Sunday night/Monday morning to two employees, one cook & one waitress. The waitress's attitude was about... disgusting and Waffle House is better with no staff then with staff like her. When I came in she told us they were only doingcarry out & closing down the dining room. I said that was fine & it really upset her making it clear she had expected us toleave when she said the dining room was closed. Then she randomly looks at us & tells us "well it's going to be a while anyway"which was the next cue to leave. Then we sat at a table waiting & she snapped and told us there was a reason the chairs were onthe table. Then the cook speaks up & apologizes for her behavior & told us that employees walked out & it was her supposed to beher off day. That's no excuse. She was an older white woman with short Grey hair. Found the Waffle House while desperately searching for a place to eat after 10pm near the Cincinnati/Kentucky airport. The food... and service are amazing! Options are limited but what they make they make well. I highly recommend the Grits! Read more
