REVIEW MEANT FOR THE FLORENCE LOCATION ON US 42!!!!Just received a phone call from I assume the store manger in reference to a... complaint I sent two nights ago. She was so rude and unprofessional. She told me she will make sure I am blocked from picking upfrom her store. This was after she told me her store has to close early at times bc of scheduling and that they?ve been doing itfor months. Well considering I actually live in SWFL and was evacuated due to Hurricane Ian, NO, lady, I wouldn?t have a clueyou?ve been closing early for months. I will write a review every time you contact me ESPECIALLY IF YOURE RUDE & threatening.Furthermore, your stores actions triggered my complaint and you?re just mad bc you got caught. And Uber suspended your orderstemporarily. Go anywhere else to eat but here. Worst management and customer care I?ve ever seen in my life. Read more

really nice and friendly staff and answered my questions I had about 1 of their sauces on a sandwich, I was wanting. they let... me try a taste of the sauce, to see if I thought it would be too spicy for me. I frequent this Rally's drive thru for lunch and most of the time they get you through in a timely manner. Food is ALWAYS fresh... and the drive thru guys are as sweet as pie and smiley. Guessing this location is a Licensee, judging from the overwhelmed staff. Got a chicken sandwich and a chicken bites box. Did... not ask for extra grease, but I got it. That was a first and last stop. Read more
