We went there yesterday for lunch. Really quaint place, the quiche and salad was really good, it really reminded me of being... back home in England. The scones were absolutely delicious. Amazing service, very polite and kind, I'm so sorry I didn't get theservers name. The only thing is that the decor could really be done better with a better play on the actual name of the teashoppe. I sat there and thought wow I would love to revamp this place from a decor standpoint. Our #AfternoonTea in Erin Ontario at Maddie Hatter was delightful! Our tea for 3 guests was nicely presented at a fair price... point ($29.50 ea). There were some unique savoury items such as a mini mac & cheese and mini shepherd?s pie. The scone, our?best bite?, was very tasty served with butter (yes!), clotted cream and jam. Food was delicious. I ordered the Mac and cheese, creamy, just perfect. Salad was fresh. Tea was piping hot. Scone was lovely.... Unfortunately my meal was ruined by the waiter that was cleaning up and waiting tables at the same time. The odor of thecleaning liquid did not mix well will my lunch. Read more

Food is delicious. Great variety. Scones are scrumptious. Fabulous choice of loose leaf teas. Only complaint- very noisy - not... sure why. Maybe just the guests st the tea room today. Would definitely go back. Read more

We got high tea for 3 (75$), it was so so so good. The atmosphere is so nice and you instantly feel relaxed and like you're in a... different country. My only critique is that the walls could be really really cool, if they were painted a nice soft teal or haveone feature wall with maybe a baby blue with clouds or smth.. I think that could be really fun and make the place feel even moremagical :) Love this place and would definitely come back here with more friends and family!! Fantastic little tea room in Erin! Stopped off here for lunch on a afternoon trip and couldn't have been happier! Though my... party wasn't looking to have the afternoon tea it was nice to see it could be ordered without having reservations. As it was wehad the special of the day and a pot of tea which was so perfect for a cold and windy day! The food was excellent and theservings, with the soup served in a tea cup, were delightful! Our server was very friendly and helpful and made the entire mealeven better. Had we not all been full from our meals dessert would have been a go as they all looked great; will have to make areturn trip in the future to try some desserts!
