Didn't get exactly same coffee ordered but didn't complain
This place is a laughing joke. I've never seen incompetence to the extreme as i have seen in this place. The crew couldn't fight... their way out of a wet paper bag with the bag being open. 20 minute wait for 2 coffee's in drive thru or walk in. These baffoonswere even able to screw up 2 coffee's. I'd rather drive 50 miles into NY and pay a toll to get coffee rather than go thereagain. Also, their water line broke one day, Lord knows what water they used to brew the coffee. I literally had to toss mycoffee out. Wouldn't be surprised if they crew used toilet water to brew their coffee!!!! Absolute chaos, unknowable workers,incompetent worker's and worker's with a horrible attitudes. Wouldn't send my worse enemy there!!!!!!! Read more
Had breakfast there, the sausage sandwich I've gotten had no browning or grill marks. The patty seemed small.
Always a long wait, but 50/50 shot at getting what you actually want. Either they don?t have it or, as in today?s case, just the... wrong sandwiches altogether. I?m so mad that the location is convenient to my travels and yet they haven?t had their acttogether since Covid. But they sure don?t miss their smoke breaks! Read more
i don?t like to leave bad reviews but everytime i go here my coffee is always messed up. i order the same thing everytime and... it?s never right and always taste terrible. idk how you can mess something so easy up coming from someone who also worked at acoffee shop. ???? Read more
My everything bagel sandwich had overcooked egg: it had turned green on the sides and had a strong taste of ammonia, pretty much... inedible. Timbits were fantastic and so was my coffee drink. Not sure why they didn't throw the egg out, though, should bebasic training not to pass green eggs to customers: straight into the trash. Read more
Absolutely horrible. How can they serve something like this? The cheese isn?t even melted and the bread tastes disgusting and... soggy. They also gave me my frozen hot chocolate spilling out the sides and said ?be careful it?s spilling? like why would u notfix that ? Read more
Alright, we had a longer order but it was all pretty standard items. Everything we ordered was made wrong and had all sorts of... stuff we didn't order on it, like the correct item, just over dressed. On top of that all the chip bags had what I assume wasstrawberry cream cheese on them. When we circled back to get our sandwiches corrected there were a lot of other people in thestore who had all sorts of similar issues so I presume this is a known issue. The staff were always friendly and professional soI commend them for that. Not the fault of the store but when we left some dude started honking at us the moment we got in ourcar and started begging for money, when we said go away he must had driven around and harassed every other person at the place.In the future I'd just steer clear of this place all together.
