They were very short handed and overworked. The food was rushed but I won't blame the staff for being under staffed.
Didn?t have anything for my order, I did a mobile order and they told me I couldn?t get the wraps I ordered because they were... out of all products for it. Was told I could get a different sandwich or would have to come back a different day. If I didn?t dothose options I wouldn?t get my money back. I ordered a different sandwich but was told we couldn?t get it with bacon. Got tothe window and nobody came to it for 5 minutes. Got my order and my sandwiches were completely wrong asked for no tomato and gottomato, nothing in my order was correct other than the muffin. Read more
Wow. Was coming back from NY. This location was amazing. The lady serving us was the epitome of customer service. Friendly,... smiled, acted like she had known us for a while and wanted to be as hospitable as she could. She made sure we were satisfied andwe left with a smile. Thank you! Read more
Went to Tim Hortons on Buffalo Road in Harbor Creek PA just now and was THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! I would actually give no... stars if I could.....and I usually like Tim's. We ordered 2 small cold brews with cold foam, espresso shot, and liquidsugar.....we were given 2 larges with hardly any cold foam and NO sugar at all!! The coffee was disgusting and totally bitterthe worst I've ever had! Now to the food.....the muffins were very obviously frozen at one time and super doughy, not fresh atall. The donuts we ordered came with SO MUCH frosting we couldn't even eat them. It was the WORST EVER experience I've ever hadat Tim Hortons and I definitely do NOT recommend going to this location. Matter of fact, the service wasn't even good. When weasked for the 2 sugars in our coffee we were told that it already comes with sugar, REALLY!?!??!! But when we got them, therewas NO sugar at all......SMH! Read more
Was told mens bathroom needed a good cleaning. I know the women's did as well. We could see dirty counters and floors behind the... ordering counter. I've worked in food service and there is no excuse except laziness for a store to look that way!! Read more
I'm giving this two stars only because before the pandemic they were incredibly fast! I went through the drive through the other... day and got a half full coffee drink. I took a picture and returned the next day and they said there was nothing they could doabout it if it wasn't on the same day!
