Went to the store 11/14 at around 515, asked politely if there were donuts that were ready, because 99% of the time they aren?t... ?ready yet? and I visit this location early nearly daily at this time, very rude employee replied sarcastically and smug. We went to get donut hole and Icecaps. There were several people inside and they all just walked by us. I finally said no one... has talked to us and the manager came to inform us they had very few donut left, didn?t ask about Sri I?d or anything. I askedwhen they closed and they said 10pm, it was 4:30pm. When no one asked us another question, I simply said we would go somewhereelse that had better customer service and they didn?t even care. Things like this give all Tim Hortons a bad name. We come tothis area once a year and always look forward to gettIng donuts, but we will be finding a different location or possibly adifferent place to get donuts, Dunkin? is close so maybe that?s our new go to. Great coffee and good customer service. If you are in a hurry, use the drive thru though. They wait on about one customer in the... store to 6 or 7 cars I. The drive thru.
