Addy at store 026120 was the kindest drive thru worker I have ever encountered. Taco Bell's $5 Box promotion was over but I only... had $5 to spend. I didn't really want to ask, but didn't have much of a choice given the limited funds, so I asked her whatcombination of things I could get with my $5. Addy provided multiple combinations and options of how to stretch $5 at Taco Belland I left with great choices. She didn't seem annoyed at all and ensured I didn't exceed my limit and even shared which of thediscount menu items were most popular. She realized that answered the question was faster than arguing, was excellent customerservice, and ensured I got food at Taco Bell instead of going down the road to Wendy's for their $5 Biggie Bag. For anyonewondering, 2 Spicy Potato tacos 1 Chipotle chicken ranch burrito And 1 $1 drink + tax makes a great meal. Read more

We placed our order at the drive through. After waiting a few minutes we were told there had been a problem with our order. Very poor customer service. Had a whole toddler behind the counter. Very messy, and very unprofessional. The crew, Semir, Nela,... Jubree, and some new guy Armin threatened a minor and just wanted to start unwanted drama with complete strangers. Absolutelydisgusting. Read more
