I am not one to normally take the time to write reviews, but I felt I must at this point . We have had numerous experiences of... poor service at this specific location, which is a bummer because it is most convenient for us . The main problem we encounteris the extremely slow service because is the fact that there are not enough employees . The last two times I went, there wasonly 1 person. Last night, I arrived at 6:10 and I walked out the door at 7 pm ... and this was a takeout order. It was aSaturday night . 1 employee ? The employee worked hard and was friendly, but she was alone . When I arrived at 6 there were 7customers in front of me, some with big orders. The garbage was overflowing bc the poor girl had no one to help her empty it.This was the exact situation last time I went . Unless the owner/management makes some changes, we will not return and suggestyou don?t if you are not prepared to wait a long time . Absolutely hands down the best customer service I have ever received I just finished my day at work and went to get a sub. A... young blonde women named "Alex" served me, she was incredibly friendly asked me how my day at my work and asked what it was likeworking there she made my subs very well and did it with a smile the entire time. I did not catch her name but a young AfricanAmerican women served me as well and was just a great as Alex they both deserve a pat on the back from management and I willdefinitely be coming back!.
