Paid 1.29 for extra egg. Egg was all mashed up. Half of it was outside the bagel and wrapped in where they fold the foil. It... fell all over my shirt and the floor when i opened it. Horrible experiences multiple times with food. Orders take FOREVER to complete. Order ahead for pickup and food not ready. Sit... in drive through for 30 minutes for milkshakes. We have been long time sheetz supporters and its a real shame the one around thecorner from our house is such a let down. We were so excited for it to open only to be repeatedly disappointed. ???? First and ONLY time I will be at this location. Heavy door slammed into me and made me drop my drink, order another and paid and... waited..waited..waited.. about 15 minutes later 6 workers came out and saw how many drink orders there was and proceeded tolaugh about it. I finally got my drink maybe 25 minutes later and it was completely wrong. I just left it on the table for them,workers very unprofessional. Obviously high. Never returning to this location. A newly opened location for them, it seems that some are leaving negative reviews due to service, but give them a chance, be... kind. Ordered food with the app for store pickup. Got there at my pickup time. Food not ready. I wait 15 minutes, walk-ins to the... store that got there well after I was there waiting start to get their food. I ask Glenn at the food counter if I can get anupdate. He immediately snaps that they have 15 orders in. I explain the situation and suddenly he?s less snappy, but checks andsays ?there?s no order for a cheeseburger in here. You have to reorder.? I reluctantly reorder. It says there?s a 20 minute waitnow, and I see Glenn making no effort to expedite my order even though we are approaching the 20 minute mark since my pickuptime and he knows they already dropped the ball here. That?s really what gets me the most. 35 minutes after my pickup time?still waiting. Glenn still making orders that were just placed. A kid in the coffee area sets a bag onto the online order dropoff and doesn?t say anything. I go over and look. It?s my original order. Finished 3 minutes BEFORE MY PICKUP TIME I see on thereceipt. So I sat there for 40 minutes while my food was ready and just sitting getting cold behind the counter. I go tell Glennmy food just came out, and wonder how because he said my original order never went through. He scrolls down just like before inhis computer and what do ya know? Suddenly, ?Oh yea I see that order here, that was a while ago.? Uh? yea. Ya think? He gives asorry that he almost seems reluctant to say even though I was polite through the entire exchange. Oh, and then I get home to eatmy cold, soggy food and the toppings are all wrong and not even close to what I ordered, and I only ordered lettuce and onion.How do you mess that up?
