Absolutely unprofessional. I understand saturday nights are busy and all and I really hate to be that guy but how exactly... does a simple order of Two lattes take almost a half hour before I give up and leave. But not before the 20 minute mark where Iwas told it'd still be a wait well after every order made before mine was already accommodated. I've been a big fan of Sheetz for many years, and they just keep getting better. They have many different food and drink items... available, and I don't recall ever receiving a wrong order through their Made To Order self-serve kiosks. Sheetz is so much morethan just a convenience store and gas station. Sheetz is a destination. Read more
I've been to plenty Sheetz in my life, this is by far the grossest. Employees clearly don't care. The floor is filthy... throughout, and the women's bathroom has no toilet paper but yet has toilet paper thrown around the room- as well as papertowels. Plenty of seat covers that I had to use as toilet paper. As well as droplets of blood in one of the stalls. I even seena dead bee on the floor where you walk in and several other disgusting things. I would steer clear, if everything else is asgross as this -- I wouldn't even order food here. Read more

Great food and pretty nice staff. Still havent had any problems there. Store is usually really clean. Outside thrash doesn't get... emptied enough TBH. That's probably my only complaint. Read more
