I order breakfast from this location or peninsula drive most days on my way to fishing. Usually this store is pretty good.... Peninsula drive is another story. I order the same thing every morning...sausage egg and cheese croissant. Today I got asandwich? with waffles as the bread with double egg. I wish I would've of taken a picture but I felt like I'd already wastedenough of my time and on that note...no store owner I don't want to contact you to make it right just make it right. My emailaddress that I'm posting this from is my sheetz account. This is several times that I've had a terrible experience with food. Idon't want to call you to talk about it. Today 3/5/22 at 12:20p I was in line when another woman came in to inform the staff that the air pump wasn't working. I was... absolutely blown away by the response of a tall female worker in a black hat. Manager? I don't know. But she was so rude to thislady. The lady was trying to tell her that the pump was removing air from the tires. The worker replied "Well I can't go outsideand see. I've been here all day and no one but you has complained about it. It's obviously been working fine. Go down to Countryfair I guess." After this lady left, the worker went back into the food prep area and continued to talk about this woman. FYI, iwork 2 jobs in customer service. I know how it can be, but this customer wasn't snotty or rude... nothing, and the response shegot from this worker was honestly embarrassing for your company. I wish I thought to get the workers name. I'm tempted to goback and get it because it was uncalled for. Yes ma'am, that's exactly what happens when those airpumps break, and also, as Iwas leaving, there was a male that was looking like he was having trouble with it. So maybe go outside and slap an out of orderbag on it until you can be bothered to call someone to fix it. (Asbury road location Erie PA) Read more
Not a bad Sheetz, its clean, it has beer, the employees are nice.....BUT, they don't sell snow brushes/scrapers. Its unreal to... imagine this. We are in Northwest PA, and its winter. This is like not selling water in Tucson AZ. Also the price of some itemsare lower at GetGo, sorry Sheetz, just telling it like it is. For these reasons I give you 3 stars: you're over priced and youdo not sell market specific items that are common sense. Your parking is also questionable. You do have a nice, easy to use andfriendly air pumping machine. Not too shabby, needs improvement. Read more
Smaller store than most & unfortunately doesn't seem to sell code red mountain dew.... Cashier was very friendly & apologetic... for not being able to take care of me right away. No one calls out any order. They just put it up where ever and hope you see it. Irritating.
