This place is a great maybe even better replacement for the Starbucks in the mall when it comes to coffee. The Food ranges from... great to middleing but it's also unique so it might be a personal taste thing on some off the menu options. 4 stars because yourtraining sucks. The person that rings me out is often searching for the bottons to push and the person that makes it is oftenslow and reading the instruction print out. I've also had my order messed up more than once, but the staff has always been quickto fix it and handled it. I really do want to say that the staff is awesome the training sucks for new hires it's painfullyobvious. Read more
Wheelchair Accesible, Wi-Fi ,this coffee shop is inside the mall in the former Starbucks location. I had a pumpkin latte , it... was fabulous . They have inside seating and outside in the mall seating with a varied menu of prepared lunches and sweet bakeditems available , despite being in the mall, the color palette subdued lighting , quiet combine to feel anything but mall , Ireally enjoyed my medium latte $4.40 wasn?t a bad price for the ambience,freshness and quality of product .there restrooms areout of order but the malls food court restrooms are close by . I hate doing this but that was a huge let down. My gf and I stopped in for a coffee and a cinnamon roll. The coffee was out... pretty quick and was mediocre at best. The cinnamon roll took ten minutes for them to pull it out of the display case and slapit on a plate. I had asked for it heated, but it was so cold the frosting was a solid blob on top. The roll itself was so denseand tough the fork snapped in half. Went to get a new one but the only forks they had were in a cup that was full of coins andnot wrapped in plastic like forks should be. All in all a bad experience and we will absolutely not be coming back. Read more
