Always happy to have lunch here! The prices are really good, and the food is fantastic. Usually great service, although THIS... trip, our waiter wasn't very attentive until it was time to put the tip on the receipt! They have both Hibachi and a diningroom, their sushi is fresh and very tasty and I love their fried rice and Tempura Shrimp. For some reason they always bring theside of fried rice out WAY before the rest of the meal, next time I'll have to remember to ask for it all at the sametime. >>September update<< I forgot. ??????? Thankfully THIS time they put a soup bowl over the fried rice, so it was still hotwhen the rest of the food came! I haven't tried anything new cuz the Shrimp Tempura is too good to pass up! Although we DID trythe Octopus once and it was AWFUL on so many levels! It's BABY octopuses (octopi?) Cold, tasted like chemical rubber with atoxic sludge brain in the center. **gag** Read more
We ate in the dining room instead of at the hibachi table. Food quality earned 5 stars. But service and presentation earned only... 3 stars. The experience is important - and it would be worthwhile to improve the presentation table side. Plastic and marredfurniture do not cry out "fine dining." Read more
This Osaki restaurant served UN-fresh food caused me serious food POISONING, and my grandson Diarrhea. We had salmon in... common. The only Waitress was so lazy , dirty plates piled up, left us no elbow room. Not ONCE she checked on us while she keptbusy reading her phone. She forgot soup and salad , served main dishes first. She seemed the only waitress in thisrestaurant. Very Bad service ! but she put 18% tips, $36 directly on the bill without my decision. Be aware of this . Askfor item receipt, not only bill to avoid DOUBLE tipping. Last time the food didn?t taste good (2021/11), all meats were rough. This time ( 2022/8) was even worse. We were quickly served, but the staff let us take our time with all of the options (so many!). The food was delicious and the... bill came out to be much less than I would expect for the quality of what we got. It's also in a great location where you caneasily walk to it from the mall. Read more

These people went above and beyond to give us an amazing lunch experience for our 9 year wedding anniversary today. Food was the... best I've ever had. Host was super kind and made sure we were taken care of, waitress extremely kind and attentive, and lastlyour tabel chef gave us an expirence of a lifetime. We were a party of 4 and seated promptly. The meal was horrible. Overly seasoned and cooked. The steak was all fat. It was not... edible. We brought that to their attention. They added a$10 credit to our meal. But....they added 18% gratuity. I would notrecommend eating here. I will never go back. Read more
