Absolutely always disappointed in this location! They always forget items and They don't even know how to male their own... sandwiches correctly. A Daily Double is a double cheese with lettuce tomato and mayo.... Why is this so hard. Instead of mayo Igot ketchup Gross. I'm done never again. Prices have raised and quality is at its lowest. Fourth time I've ordered online between 3-5 am and I get to the drive-thru and they can't fill half my order AND I waited 15... minutes. Why have an online app showing items available if you can't get them after ordering. Also they wanted to substitute myfrappe with a pop which would give them an extra almost $3 dollars and couldn't refund me that. Machine is ALWAYS down and waitis ALWAYS long. Go across the street to Get Go, I did and their food blows McDs away. Read more
Why be open at night? The system is ALWAYS down and kids working hang outside sitting on the curb. I cannot even begin to tell... you how much business they lose with people going across the street to Get Go. The manager actually bragged to me as I drovethrough how he made a woman sit for 30 minutes and wait for her food because she was mad about the weight in the drive-thruwhich was over 20 minutes. Not open 24 hours, despite the claims. In line with the other reviews, at around 2:30 A.M. I was told by staff that "the... system's down" when it very clearly wasn't. I know night shift is awful, but that was just insulting. I went there with zeroexpectations and was somehow still infuriated. Read more
i went there twice around 2-3am and they said they couldn?t serve. then don?t say you?re a 24 hour fast food place if you?re not... serving 24 hours. that just makes me mad. Read more
Waited in the drive thru from 1130pm until midnight only to receive the worst food I've ever had from a McDonald's. I can... understand if 1 burger was bad but for both to be terrible. Whoever was on the grill tonight should be cleaning the toilets andnot making food. Read more
It says this location is open 24hrs. Went to work with my husband who works 3rd shift on the road. Stopped to grab something to... eat, and employees were outside smoking. Saw us pull up and deliberately stood outside and we ended up leaving with no food.After waiting to order for 10min. Needless to say don't stay open 24hrs if you have lazy employees who won't take orders. Read more
Staff can be great some days and not so great other days. They tend to make more mistakes in making food as compared to getting... it right. They ways provide a corrected item but would rather not have to ask for that. Curbside pick up is available. Read more
