Ordered 2 dozen glazed donuts in the app and they were ready in the drive through for pick up within just a few minutes. The... service and pick up experience was good. I haven?t had Krispy Kreme in years and was surprised at how little their donuts arenow, they looked like they were miniature so that was surprising. Had to stop here when I was passing through Erie. They had quick and efficient service. I was there during a time they were... making their famous glazed donuts on the conveyor belt and it was amazing to see! They have a variety of donut flavors, as wellas some beverages. There is a small sitting area inside and restroom for customers. They have free parking on site. You enterfrom a side road that goes into the plaza area with a lot of stores/restaurants/assorted businesses. Read more

I absolutely love this Krispy Kreme. The donuts are always super fresh and the staff are very kind. The basis of a trip there... includes walking into a friendly smile and nine times out of ten being served a fresh, and FREE glazed donut. Now mind you, notmany people carry this staple of my youth. It's not everyday you walk into a store now and can snag a free cookie for yourchildren. But here, a free donut often awaits you and that is majestic. Super clean environment. Friendly staff. My onlycomplaint is there frozen drinks are incredibly rich and primarily taste of powdered coffee creamer. Decent coffee though. Read more
