Went into KFC to grab a quick lunch to go....there's nothing quick about this place. I was 5th in line & it took 20 minutes to... be waited on. Very slow checkout worker for inside restaurant. Definitely would use drive thru next time, orders seemed to befilled faster that route. Restaurant overall seemed clean and cashier was religious about washing hands, which was pleasing tosee. As far as food, crispy chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy were hot and tasty. Biscuit was hard and not enjoyable to mytaste, which was a huge disappointment. Lots of angry customers waiting for 40 mins +. The manager wasn't doing his job and managing. A lot of new hires were working... and doing jobs they weren't properly trained in. He tunnel visioned and did only 1 job instead of helping throughout. A moreexperienced individual who wasn't a manager stepped up and started speeding this process up. If it weren't for him the Lobbywould have just been people waiting for over an hour. I'll come back and give a better review when one is warranted. Hopefullythe manager can become a leader and show the new workers how to do the job. Read more
