Forgot to give me my drink and walked away, then gave me the wrong kind of drink and walked away again. I ordered a famous bowl... and the chicken was rock hard balls of breading that crumbled apart. Didn?t look like there was any chicken inside half ofthem. Then i took a bite and realized the chicken was ancient. I had to throw it away because it tasted so gross. Absolutely disgusted by the employees behavior here. I visited this location because my family member was in the hospital... nearby. We used the drive through. The woman taking our order was extremely impatient, rude, and was yelling at us through thedrive through speaker. I can't believe KFC allows this behavior. Stopped for lunch had one of there mashed potato meal bowl , is wheelchair Accesible on the driveway entrance side ( the ramp is... a little old use care ) has available Wi-Fi and has SOBE sugar free in the soft drink dispenser . The only minor complaint wasthe chocalate chip cookies were a little on the hard/stale side . Read more
Made me go home and come back in 20 mins for a 14 piece bucket because they took a big hit. Came back in 20 mins and made me... wait another 10 minutes in my car to get my lunch. The service is bad. Read more
Not impressed. I ordered water, and I didn't get it as well as not getting any sauce for my chicken. The chicken tasted good and... the food was hot. But I certainly did not get the feeling that they cared very much about good customer service. I'm sorry toleave such a bad review, but things should change. Read more
Poor customer service. Employee made ordering complicated, very dirty everywhere, not a table clean except the one closed for... covid, the soda was flat went to get juice came out as water, please need cleaned up! As well as the radio is very staticky anda large humming noise coming from same area! Read more
I have never in my entire life been able to strain the oil out of a French fry..ever...until the day I came here....I can say... with a clear conscious they don't change their fryer oil..you can taste the filth...chick came to us pink and luke warm.Completely unacceptable...cashier did not know anything about her job...she kept telling us we were ordering wrong... managerlooked like he was ready to box... environment was not friendly nor the food good...KFC please change your oil before you killsomeone Read more
