Arrived around 6:30pm for dinner, sign on door said turkey shortage due to avian flu and guy taking orders said they had just... ran out, chips needed refilled, diet coke was out of order, there was no tea made, and drink lids needed refilled. Upon leaving,noticed a shovel and ice melt in the lobby in July. Saving grace was that the food they did have was good. Read more
We ended up being over charged for our order. My husband went back in and let them know and he ended up making us 2 free... sandwiches for the mistake as we are from Canada so the coupons didn?t really help us. Excellent customer service! Read more

Been a customer here for a long time. Today, however, I came through the drive thru, ordered (2) #13 Cubano sandwiches, the kind... with Ham&Bacon, the wife and I went on to do the laundry, well guess what, we got the #15 Tuna sandwiches. I guess the younglady working the drive thru was otherwise preoccupied. To bad I have to give you a (1) star rating now . Focus on your work!Please. People, make sure you check your order before you leave. UPDATE:03/08/22 Recently received an Invitation to contactJimmy John's, so they can make reparations, I'm not interested in them wanting to give me a Free sandwich. All I can ask is foryour Company to have the right People in the Right positions. I just wanted what I ordered. I didn't order anything "CustomMade", I just ordered a standard Menu Sandwich. If the communications person isn't able to accomplish the task of taking anorder, then filling the order, maybe that person would better serve the Company in Another Position. Gargantuan sub for the win! I have had subs from deli's before where they advertise fresh meat, some of them cut it right in... front of you....some let you select your beast like a lobster in a tank. None of them have anything on Jimmys Johns. The breadis amazing, the quality of the sub is umatched, the meat was of such a high quality and the cheese was legit. There is no needto get a sub elsewhere. Hands down one of the best subs I've ever had. Bread was not soggy at all, meat was fresh andflavourful, the pickle was top notch. Also, the sub was huge. Worst experience ???? There really headed down hill. It used to be one of .y favorites. But the last two times in a month they... have messes up my order. The first time I ordered online. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So today I took the time to gothrough the drive thou and still they got it wrong. What make it worse is I'm here at an outdoor concert. Somuch for dinner.
