The food was and is always amazing but beware they do really tax on a tip. It' was $2, for my order, and I read the reviews and... blatantly asked the man who brought my food if they already put on a tip. He lied blatantly saying "no" and proceeded to Bob hishead and gesture rudely. I apologized for my assumption and tipped him $2 of my own volition only to see on the receipt hehanded me that they had already added a $2 tip. I live literally 3 blocks from the restaurant. Ordered a combo meal & they sent some VERY large pieces of ( General Tso chicken ) and barley any rice. Called them and they... told me that how our food comes. I asked them to cook the chicken extra crispy and it was completely soggy. I normally don?tleave reviews on peoples restaurants but the response I got when I called made me want to leave a review. ( veryunprofessional). When I called to place my order I was very polite on the phone and I repeated myself multiple times on how Iwanted the food cooked because I know how it can be when food is being delivered. I guess the lady on the phone didn?t care howI wanted my food. Why argue with the customer over the phone? I wouldn?t have call if the food was cooked correctly. Read more
I meant to take more pictures but it was all so good! Plenty of food for sure. We ordered the General Tso's Chicken, sweet/sour... chicken, Crab Rangoon, Roast Pork Mei Fun and wonton soup. Everything was great but will say we thought the wonton soup was offfor us. Read more
Delivery can sometimes be long but I would still say best Chinese in Erie, PA. Crab Rangoon hands down one of best I?ve ever... had! Food is always fresh. Ordered today and seen they charged my card more than my order?!? Called to ask why and they saidbecause they take tip out automatically!! What?!? Never heard of this, especially since tips are based on performance! Nor didI ever approve of them to tip! Food is delicious but not worth extra fees. Best Chinese food in town! Crab Rangoon is absolutely incredible! The food is always fresh and delicious. Only problem is they... add tip to your credit card without your consent. I always tip accordingly! If I know it normally takes 40min and the driverarrives 2 hours later I?m not tipping nor am I obligated! Recommend this place but watch how much they charge your card!!!! Really great customer service the food was good better than most around that I've had. Great portions. Orange chicken had a... very interesting orange flavor.... I probably won't order that again. The general tso was good not really spicy at all. Thevegetable lo mein was good. It has a strong sauce on it that was good but seemed like a little much. Food was ready and waitingwhen I got there to pick it up. Packed neatly with more options to grab extra sauce and silverware. Stayed hot all the way home. Read more
