HORRIBLE customer service!! The managers wouldn't give me a name or employee number to report him. I had placed an order online... and immediately after placing it(within 30secs) I called and talked to the manager and asked if he could change the 2 pizzas Iordered from both being pepperoni to one cheese and one pepperoni. He said no problem and when I received the delivery they wereboth with pepperoni. I then called back and the manager then lied to me by saying the pizzas were already in the oven when Ifirst called? Ordered my pizza online over an hour ago. It still says prep not even in the oven yet. I called once and sat on hold for over 10... min. Hung up and called back and stayed on hold another 5. U can not be that damn busy! Customer service gets a 0. Will beordering from elsewhere so if a pizza gets delivered I wasted your time like you wasted mine! Karma Read more
Absolutely pathetic... wait 1.7 hours for a incomplete order. Offered NO explanation... NO compensation etc. Paid for delivery.... Had to pick up myself and when I ask for a delivery refund they scoff at me to get my 3.50 back FU I waited over a hour and ahalf lol Read more
Ordered through the app, informed them that am here for curbside pick-up, nobody came out. I started calling that phone ?? and... the employee hung up TWICE. I went inside and 2 guys at the front ignored my presence. Went towards the kitchen and someonefinally had the decency to ask me what I would like to order? The food was good, but the people skills there are very poor and the app didn't notify me that my order was up.
