If I could give a zero I would! The chicken sandwich I had was likely the worst thing I've eaten in the last 4-5 years. My... wife's Salmon was severally over cooked on a bed of burnt croutons and salad. The food was below the level of disgusting. Theonly good thing out of the whole experience was the waitress was very polite and attentive. The quality of the food was belowMcDonalds yet it was priced 3 times as much. Both of our cocktails were absolutely terrible I ordered a old fashion that tastednothing like any old fashion Id every had before. I didn't even taste a hint of bourbon in the drink. I didn't feel welcome just to enjoy a good glass of wine before the show in downtown. We got the wine which was good, but I felt... that they do not want casual walk-ins in the bar, maybe a reservation for dinner could have raised their spirits. Read more
I was late for my reservation due to one of my seven children coming down sick, and they were so nice about everything. They... have a late-night menu which still was rather lovely. We enjoyed ourselves. I had pre-ordered roses which they had placed on thetable nicely for my wife. She loved them. The staff was so lovely. We will come back again To try the actual menu. Read more
After many years of not enjoying Chef Bertrand's delightful Sunday brunch you can only imagine how excited I was when the... opportunity once again arose to sit at Chef Bertrand's table and take part in this delicacy going back to his Bistro days. Andagain I was not disappointed, with great choices, and verity of cuisines to enjoy the brunch at Cloud 9 stands on it own and I'mhoping this legacy will continue moving forward. Read more

We were in Erie for the state bowling tournament this weekend. Made reservations for dinner and sure glad we did. It was busy,... however, our service was excellent and quick. Stephani our waitress, was knowledgeable about the menu and items, could tell whatwe were interested in quickly. Very nice atmosphere and the food was excellent, as was dessert! Went for a client dinner and was some of the best food and service u have ever had. Amazing selection of appetizers and drinks.... The best part was the food tastes real and fresh no where near a normal restaurant. They even gave us a few free sides. Maincourse after apps in pictures. 100% recommended Read more
