Most of the staff was friendly, helpful and all around great. The cashier kept disappearing to the back, leaving the long line... of customers standing around waiting, and Her already busy coworker calling for her. This the 4th time in three weeks they messed my order up. The tortilla had a hole in it and I was given the wrong meat for... pickup. I don't come to Chipotle much but man this location always seems to be a miss for me. Quality and standards don't match what I... am paying for in my opinion. I always have to ask for more lettuce on my salad which seems odd..it's a salad why are youskimping on the lettuce? The last couple of times the meat hasn't tasted tasted right whether it's been carnitas, chicken, etc.While I enjoy having Chipotle from time to time, this location has sketched me out and ruined my desire for my occasional wantof Chipotle, for the time being until quality can get back to where it needs to be. Understaffed and poorly managed, there is clearly exhausted workers who are doing too much and compensating too hard for poor... management. The brand is an upbeat, easy going environment and my experiences here are anything but that. In what is supposedto be an organized and deliberate operation is realistically an uncoordinated, defeated effort. This location is frequently outof items. Today it was fajitas. When asked if more would be ready, the employee indicated ?they were out? meaning no more wereavailable. After paying, a batch of fajitas came ready. The presumed manager asked why the cook had to shout when items werefinished, which is part of the order of operations for Chipotle. The idea that compliance with the brand is inconvenientdemonstrates precisely the problem with this Chipotle. In prior transactions, food quality had been of concern. Specifically,the steak had been overcooked and clearly past its servable lifespan, but instead of waiting for fresh steak, the old steak wasused. Erie is a small town with two Chipotle locations. This location is in a state of unacceptable operation and in need ofremediation or service being discontinued. The two star review is due to the fact that the employees who are working harddeserve to be employed, compensated better, treated better, and acknowledgment for seeing the bigger picture in working the jobthey are.
