As the business isn't run terribly, I do have a complaint. When I came in, I saw the staff doing their jobs correctly and it... really pressed my buttons. What do you mean only one person is allowed to touch each drawer? I don't care if money has gonemissing, if I need my whopper you need to bend the rules. Ontop of that, they just scurry around trying to help the new crewmembers instead of prioritizing MY FOOD!! And they were nice to every customer, and even to me, until I started going off aboutthings in the store I didn't understand, and they don't have the time or get paid enough to explain to me. I kinda enjoy a fish sandwich at this other chain but burger king actually have a really nice fish sandwich at least to me its... dressed. Fast food is not my thing but its cool sometimes. Read more
Got delivery around 10:30 PM The sandwich a triple Whopper cheese was hot, fresh and on par with most Whoppers I have had . The... fries where a stale remnant from a forgotten dinner rush ,cold, stale ,limp and virtually devoid of flavor and in no way shapeor form worth the price of admission . The fries box was mostly empty having numerous large fries broken almost in half addingbulk with less fries all total it was about 1/4 of an order when you account for broken fries bulking up the appearance ( evenhot and fresh it would not have been a good deal ) yes we have photographs see below . King advertises what's in The Whopper????? you actually see it's in the Whopper????? You we'll see cheese lettucepickles onions and tomatoes! Burger???? King advertises the truth, about their products? When McDonald's advertises the Big Macon a commercial you see cheese lettuce pickles onions tomatoes on a sesame seed bun? When buying a McDonald's Big Mac you do notsee cheese lettuce onions pickles tomatoes on your Big Mac? McDonald's advertises lies about their products! Remember! Burger???? King is a reliable and trusted franchise food source! McDonald's is unreliable and untrustworthy franchise food source! Imake it a point not to patronize McDonald's! I think their food is inferior, horrible and lousy tasting? Not worth the highexorbitant prices you pay for McDonald's junk food? Every time I walk in here to the counter to place an order, there will be no one behind me in line and no one to take my order.... Turns out, girl behind the counter looks at me and sees that I want to order and turns back around and doesn?t say anything toanyone or doesn?t even bother to help me. This is very unprofessional. On another day, I came in and the same thing happened,AGAIN.. but I figured I would try to give them another chance bc who knows, different people may be working. Girl comes up tothe cash register and I start to place my order, I get cut off with a, ?I?m clocking out.? You can?t take 2 seconds out of yourday to take my order? I will never order or eat at Broad St Burger King until they get some new workers who actually care abouttheir customers as well as they?re jobs. Read more

Awesome vegetarian burger- Impossible king but to tell you the truth, the burger tasted pretty darn bland without the... condiments..... And to be honest, their original veggie burger they sold before they got rid of it tasted absolutely fantastic.It was made with real vegetables and not the processed soy they use now. I guess BK decided to make something that tastedsimilar to a burger over flavor. Understandable. Read more
